Project Planner (Automotive)

Location: Working location in the UK and Germany; the posting is associated with the Santa Clara, CA facility.

What you will do

• Maintain and regularly issue the overall Programme Master Timing Plan.
• Collect and integrate timing plans and information from engineering and other teams, including suppliers in the UK and Germany.
• Align detailed team plans with the overall master plan and monitor deliverables and progress.
• Organize timing workshops, weekly programme meetings, gateway reviews, and dry-runs across international teams.
• Coordinate with tooling and part suppliers to achieve defined timing milestones.
• Support updates to the Product Development Process and administration of Project Place.

Requirements

• Experience delivering a complete vehicle or managing vehicle integration.
• Technical English and automotive terminology; English is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to integrate disparate information.
• Proficiency with MS Project and the ability to learn new software packages quickly.
• Strong organization and results orientation.
• An engineering degree is preferred but not essential.
