Financial Education Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid with three days per week in-office

Salary: Starting from €32,000 gross per annum

What you will do

• Deliver educational webinars and live sessions on social security and pensions for employees of corporate clients.
• Conduct one-to-one sessions to help employees read pension projections using INPS simulators.
• Follow standardized scripts and processes while keeping all sessions strictly educational, without financial advice or product recommendations.
• Manage pipelines, CRM records, leads, calendars, and session outputs while maintaining employer relationships.
• Contribute to the development of newly launched business units and customer experience metrics.

Requirements

• Junior profile with a degree in Economics, preferably focused on Finance, Financial Markets, social security, or pensions.
• Ability to explain complex topics simply and engagingly in group and one-to-one settings.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, ownership, and execution skills.
• Willingness to build deep knowledge of the pension system through internal training.
• Ability to work from Milan, Italy, with three required office days per week: Tuesday, Thursday, and one additional chosen day.
