Forward Deployed Engineer Intern (AI Automation)

hirify.global builds business automation software that uses plain English, large language models, and a neurosymbolic reasoning engine to automate complex back-office processes for enterprise customers in finance, operations, and supply chain.

What you will do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand processes, gather requirements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Build and deploy automations on the hirify.global platform.
• Translate business needs into working solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prototype quickly, test with real data, and iterate based on customer needs.
• Partner with product and engineering to share customer feedback and improve the platform.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Solid programming fundamentals and comfort with Python or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing skills, maturity, sound judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Mountain View office and engage directly with customers.
