Engagement Associate (AI Marketing)

Location: On-site in the San Francisco or London office; the posting also lists New York as a company location.

Base salary: $88,000–$92,000 annually before variable compensation; on-target compensation: $108,000–$115,000, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Support daily customer meetings, preparation, follow-up actions, and strategic initiatives.
• Own defined customer workstreams and manage end-to-end relationships with smaller customers.
• Create strategic AEO audits with insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for enterprise and startup customers.
• Learn customer objectives and marketing ecosystems to guide platform adoption and deliver outcomes.
• Manage multi-threaded customer engagements and Slack channels while identifying stakeholder and delivery risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementations and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, marketing, or analytical role.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges.
• Comfort with high-volume customer interactions and demanding work environments.
• Self-motivation, resilience, coachability, and openness to feedback.
• Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco or London office.
• Motivation to grow into an Engagement Manager role.
