Engagement Associate (AI)

Location: On-site in the San Francisco or London office

Base salary: $88,000–$92,000 annually, plus variable compensation; estimated on-target earnings of $108,000–$115,000. Equity and benefits are also offered.

What you will do

• Support the Engagement Management team with customer meetings, preparation, action items, and strategic initiatives.
• Own defined customer workstreams and manage end-to-end relationships with smaller customers.
• Create recurring AEO audits with insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for enterprise and startup customers.
• Understand customer objectives and their broader marketing ecosystems.
• Manage customer Slack channels, coordinate stakeholders, and mitigate engagement risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementations and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, marketing, or analytical role.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges.
• Comfort with high-volume customer interactions and demanding work environments.
• Self-motivation, resilience, coachability, and openness to feedback.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco or London.
