Early Careers (Software Engineering)

hirify.global provides a commerce partnership marketing platform for managing affiliate, influencer, content publisher, brand ambassador, and customer advocacy partnerships.

What you will do

• Develop backend services, data pipelines, and user-facing applications for partnership and conversion data.
• Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to software quality assurance.
• Review business needs, requirements, and technical specifications.
• Respond to alerts, investigate error messages, and fix bugs.
• Research and prototype technologies, including AI and machine learning approaches.
• Create and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Completed or nearly completed B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Cybernetics, or a related engineering field.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design.
• Practical experience with at least one general-purpose programming language through coursework, a thesis, internships, or substantial personal projects.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, plus familiarity with Git and exposure to continuous integration and delivery.
• Interest in AI and machine learning, with exposure through coursework, thesis work, or projects.
• Working proficiency in Norwegian and English is required. Exposure to Agile ways of working is expected.
