Platform Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build core infrastructure powering hirify.global agents.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and observability of distributed systems.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, and platform tooling.
• Develop real-time context ingestion and low-latency retrieval systems.
• Support execution frameworks for long-running agent workflows.
• Improve developer experience through automation, self-service infrastructure, monitoring, incident response, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating production infrastructure and backend systems.
• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or distributed backend systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, AWS or GCP, CI/CD, and developer platforms.
• Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, observability, reliability engineering, and real-time or streaming systems.
• Strong intuition for reliability, scalability, latency, and operational tradeoffs.
• Ability to debug production systems across infrastructure and application layers and work across platform and infrastructure domains.
