Overview

We are seeking 2 experienced Customer Finance Specialists to manage and optimize our financial operations across multiple regions, with a focus on financial institutions in Germany and support for other markets based on language knowledge. The role involves afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Maintain contact with financial institutions across assigned countries.
• Assist sales operation teams with patient financing and ensure process compliance.
• Oversee pending financing cases and manage escalations.
• Analyze payment plans and debt recovery strategies.
• Monitor key metrics to ensure financial goals are met.
• Deliver training on financial processes and protocols to sales teams.

Requirements

• Background in finance risk or closest finance area (like treasury).
• Knowledge of financing operations, debt recovery, and financial documentation protocols.
• Advanced/Fluent/Native German and English professional proficiency
• Proven experience in an international environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
