Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Palo Alto, CA or Seattle, WA, with a minimum of three in-office days per week.

Salary: $125,000–$215,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end frontend and backend features for Teams, B2B, and D2C initiatives.
• Develop scalable, modular web applications and integrate business-facing service APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to turn requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and maintainability in production.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• At least three years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, such as React.
• Backend development experience with Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and building scalable web applications for production.
• Understanding of performance optimization, reliability, and maintainable code practices.
• Strong communication skills, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
