Senior Solutions Architect (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and cluster solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Work with Engineering and Technology teams to create technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Engage customers and sales teams during RFPs, proposals, service contracts, and technical sales cycles.
• Develop SLAs with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to support reliable service delivery.
• Lead AI infrastructure projects from concept through deployment, integration, and performance optimization.
• Present complex technical concepts to technical, non-technical, and C-level stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years focused on AI or high-performance computing systems.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing AI infrastructure solutions and AI workloads.
• Proficiency with NVIDIA InfiniBand, Spectrum Ethernet Platform, RDMA over Converged Ethernet, ConnectX NICs, and BlueField DPUs.
• Working knowledge of NVIDIA, AMD Instinct, and Intel Gaudi accelerator architectures, plus GPU-accelerated cloud services.
• Programming experience with Python and C++, familiarity with TensorFlow and PyTorch, and strong infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
