Focus on assessing products and processes, coordinating regulatory submissions and audits, and tracking corrective actions through completion.

What you will do

  • Track non-AML regulatory issuances and obligations and maintain compliance oversight.
  • Assess products, programs, and processes, conducting gap assessments and tracking improvement actions.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on proposed products and services and prepare regulatory reports and management memos.
  • Design and implement compliance policies and programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee accurate and timely regulatory submissions, regulatory inquiries, audits, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop compliance training and support team collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Law, Business Administration, or Life Sciences.
  • At least 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant BSP, AMLC, and SEC regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
