What you will do
- Support the development and enhancement of the company’s compliance culture.
- Advise business functions and internal stakeholders on applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review internal policies and procedures for alignment with laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement compliance requirements.
- Prepare, update, and monitor routine regulatory reports and communications with regulators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Fresh graduate status or 1–2 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or a related function.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, particularly OJK and financial services regulations.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing regulations and assessing business impacts.
- Good communication and management skills; detail-oriented and organized.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.
