What you will do

• Manage and execute policies and procedures for Razer Gold regulatory compliance framework per BNM requirements.
• Act as primary compliance contact in Malaysia, building relationships with regulatory bodies and government agencies.
• Monitor laws and regulations including AML/CFT and payments, advising business units and stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports to BNM and authorities.
• Engage stakeholders, analyze compliance program effectiveness, and implement control measures.
• Lead compliance investigations, inspections, audits, and serve as MLRO for Malaysia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Minimum 8 years in compliance, preferably managerial level
• Strong understanding of BNM regulations, acquiring and payments industry
• Certification in Compliance or AML/CFT (advantage)
• Prior experience in banking, payments, financial services (compliance, risk, legal, audit, operations)
• Skilled in regulatory engagement, cross-functional collaboration, independent work, multitasking in fast-paced environment
