Internship - German-Speaking Influencer Specialist (Influencer Marketing)

hirify.global is a global organization with a Studio team that provides in-house influencer marketing services for brands across multiple industries.

What you will do

• Research and build partnerships with influencers for fashion, parenting, food, technology, and other brands.
• Handle influencer scouting, outreach, communication, and ongoing support.
• Support campaign execution for introductory tests, major brand programs, and year-long ambassador campaigns.
• Communicate and negotiate with creators in partnership with Account Managers.
• Provide customer service and influencer marketing expertise to clients and creators.
• Monitor social media trends and support influencers in their daily work.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English are required.
• Interest in research, communication, influencer marketing, and social media.
• Bachelor's degree or graduate-level education preferred.
• Open to early-career candidates with up to two years of influencer marketing experience.
• Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills; basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides or Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of influencers across different verticals and influencer rates.
• Knowledge of a Nordic language.
