Influencer Specialist Intern (German and English)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; full-time onsite internship

hirify.global is a global organization with a Studio team focused on influencer marketing campaigns across the Nordics and Europe.

What you will do

• Research, scout, and recruit influencers for brand partnerships across fashion, parenting, food, technology, and other verticals.
• Manage outreach and support influencers in their day-to-day campaign work.
• Assist with campaigns ranging from introductory tests to long-term brand ambassador programs.
• Communicate and negotiate with creators in partnership with Account Managers.
• Provide customer service and campaign expertise to clients and creators.
• Monitor social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English are required.
• Early-career profile with up to two years of influencer marketing experience.
• Strong research, communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides or Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or graduate studies.
• Knowledge of influencers across multiple verticals and influencer rates.
• A Nordic language.
