What you will do
- Own organic content from ideation to publication, including LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and the content calendar.
- Develop creative directions for paid advertising and improve AI-supported marketing workflows.
- Analyze campaign, channel, and conversion data to improve marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to newsletters, landing pages, and other campaign assets.
- Run experiments with new formats, channels, and AI tools.
- Grow the community through events and partner co-marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Education from Hyper Island, Berghs, or a similar institution.
- Practical experience using AI tools as part of daily marketing work.
- Strong data-driven decision-making, organization, independent ownership, and adaptability in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong writing skills across social posts, advertising copy, and reporting.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
