Developer Relations (AI)

Location: Boston preferred, NYC secondary; hybrid office attendance a couple of days per week in Boston or NYC. Remote work is possible for the right person.

Salary: $155,000–$265,000 per year, adjusted based on location and experience.

hirify.global provides session replay and developer tools, including Galileo AI, which analyzes product and customer data to explain what broke and what to do next.

What you will do

• Drive PodRocket end to end, including editorial and guest strategy, preparation, interviewing, and show direction.
• Define the next editorial direction for the hirify.global blog and shift content beyond high-volume SEO toward work that compounds in an AI-search environment.
• Create technical content across video, written guides, tutorials, sample applications, walkthroughs, integration guides, and code focused on Galileo AI, session replay, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Build engagement and feedback loops between the developer community and hirify.global’s product and engineering teams.
• Develop a technical presence across YouTube, X, GitHub, and other channels while growing hirify.global’s developer audience and product engagement.
• Report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with engineering and technical founders, with a path to building a team.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with production code experience across modern web stacks such as React, Vue, and Angular, plus at least one backend language including Node, Python, or Go.
• Portfolio of technical content that engineers watch, read, or listen to; portfolio quality is valued more than formal credentials.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and speaking on mic for frequent video and podcast work.
• Hands-on interest in AI as a builder, including experience or informed opinions around MCP, agent design, or an AI-focused project.
• Strong editorial judgment, including ownership of a content calendar and publication quality standards.
• Comfort working in a startup environment and directly with founders and engineering leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple modern frontend and backend stacks.
• Existing technical presence or personal brand on YouTube, X, GitHub, or similar platforms.
