What you will do
- Own the Process Excellence roadmap and lead continuous improvement programs across Philippine Head Operations.
- Facilitate AI-enabled Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC initiatives with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Apply generative AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, root cause analysis, anomaly detection, LLMs, and prompt engineering to operational problem-solving.
- Build innovation pipelines, manage ideation workflows, and support AI-assisted experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Mentor Professionals and Managers through improvement projects, capability development, workshops, and personalized development plans.
- Track KPIs such as cost savings, cycle-time reduction, yield improvement, and defect elimination, and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Organizational Development, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt-level project experience is highly preferred.
- Experience applying AI tools, data analytics, machine learning, and innovation methods to operational or engineering challenges.
- Proficiency in Minitab, MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent tools, with familiarity in AI/ML and digital ideation platforms.
- Open to on-site employment in Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines and a dayshift schedule.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Academic or professional exposure to Lean Management, Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Innovation Management.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt-level project experience.
