What you will do
- Develop and execute an integration strategy for the Transformation and Data Group aligned with business objectives.
- Shape the long-term data strategy and demonstrate data's value as a strategic asset and competitive advantage.
- Establish the group's operating cadence, dashboards, and scorecards for key metrics.
- Track enterprise-wide initiatives, identify roadblocks, and drive their resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align transformation and data initiatives.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and implement improvements across programs.
Requirements
- Experience leading strategy integration and program management initiatives.
- Ability to develop data strategies and translate them into measurable business value.
- Experience with dashboards, scorecards, KPI tracking, and operational planning.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to identify roadblocks and drive continuous improvement.
- Based in NCR - WGC, Philippines.
