What you will do
- Support strategic Technology and Operations programs aligned with business objectives and the CTOO mandate.
- Provide input to the Executive and CTOO Management teams for decision-making and program management.
- Support the implementation of key strategic initiatives.
- Assess and prioritize identified areas in line with organizational strategies and priorities.
- Partner with key groups to deliver priority strategic imperatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Management or Business Administration.
- 1–2 years of professional experience.
- Experience in fintech, technology, financial services, or e-commerce.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of technology.
- Experience with program or project management and stakeholder management.
- Clear communication skills.
