What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end participant recruitment process, including screening and consent.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical trial participants.
• Assist in the documentation and reporting of adverse events.
• Support IRB and regulatory submissions.
• Draft and update clinical study documents such as protocols, SOPs, and CRFs.
• Develop participant-facing materials in compliance with GCP guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in a patient-facing role within clinical trials.
• Strong proficiency in writing clear, high-quality documentation.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
