Senior Fullstack Engineer - Cogentiq I2C (AI)

hirify.global is developing Cogentiq I2C, an enterprise agentic AI platform that automates order-to-cash workflows for large finance teams.

What you will do

• Build the web application with Next.js and TypeScript, including streaming agent-output interfaces and approval flows for amending or overriding agent decisions.
• Build and maintain FastAPI services for cases, workflows, documents, emails, notifications, and frontend read models.
• Own reliable calls to the agentic orchestration layer, including authentication, retries, idempotency, and failure reporting.
• Build ERP ingestion and writeback integrations and establish reusable connector patterns for multiple customers.
• Work with PostgreSQL, relational data models, and published data contracts from the data engineering team.
• Support production systems through performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and code review.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of experience building and running production web applications with ownership across client and service layers.
• Hands-on production cloud experience with Azure and GCP; experience with containers and CI/CD is required, with deeper Azure experience especially valuable.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills, including Next.js App Router and complex client-side state management.
• Strong Python skills with production FastAPI or an equivalent asynchronous framework and sound API design practices.
• Experience integrating enterprise or third-party systems through authenticated APIs, including OAuth2 and machine-to-machine token flows.
• Working knowledge of SQL, relational data modelling, and debugging distributed failures to resolve root causes.

Nice to have

• Experience building interfaces for LLM or agentic systems, including streaming responses and approval flows.
• ERP experience with Dynamics 365 or SAP, or experience in order-to-cash, accounts receivable, or payments products.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Azure Databricks, Redis, accessibility, or design systems.
