AI Engineering Workflow Engineer

What you will do

• Identify bottlenecks and leverage opportunities across development, code review, debugging, CI/testing, documentation, and project execution.
• Research, prototype, and benchmark AI-assisted engineering tools against real compiler-team workflows.
• Design and maintain prompt libraries, workflow templates, and integration guides for IDEs, code review, CI, debugging, and documentation.
• Improve CI/testing signal quality through flaky-test reduction and failure-triage workflows.
• Lead onboarding sessions, Q&A sessions, and internal knowledge sharing for adopted tools.
• Define adoption and impact metrics, then iterate based on data and team feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows from a practicing engineer’s perspective.
• Ability to rapidly evaluate new tools and turn findings into actionable team guidance.

Nice to have

• Background in compiler engineering, systems programming, or static analysis.
• Experience building or customizing LLM-based agents or tooling through APIs.
• Experience driving internal tooling adoption or developer-experience improvements.
• Experience producing technical documentation, runbooks, or internal technical talks.
• Experience improving DevOps, CI/CD, developer productivity, or technical program execution workflows.
