Staff Fullstack Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Build and ship fullstack features from design through production.
• Develop configuration and workflow-authoring interfaces, including a visual workflow builder.
• Create chat-driven interfaces for agent interactions, streaming responses, tool-use visibility, and preview surfaces.
• Work across frontend and backend APIs to deliver complete product solutions.
• Evolve frontend architecture as the product and its requirements grow.

Requirements

• Strong React and TypeScript experience with production features shipped.
• Comfort working across frontend and backend.
• Experience building complex, stateful interfaces such as visual editors, node-based editors, real-time interfaces, or streaming interfaces.
• Strong architectural judgment and the ability to assess system and product impact.
• Ownership of features end to end, with strong attention to UX and engineering quality.
• Active use of AI coding tools in day-to-day development, including shipped production features across the stack.

Nice to have

• Experience with Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants.
• Experience with React Flow, XYFlow, visual editors, CodeMirror, or Monaco.
• Design systems experience.
• Exposure to AWS backends, including DynamoDB, Lambda, and ECS.
