is building the Cogentiq Intelligent Invoice-to-Cash platform, applying AI to automate enterprise financial workflows.
What you will do
- Define end-to-end AI architecture for invoice-to-cash workflows, including invoice template creation, remittance processing, payments, cash application, deduction management, and ERP posting.
- Design and deploy modular AI agents for remittance extraction, invoice reference identification, payment-to-invoice matching, and deduction classification.
- Build intelligent document processing pipelines for PDF and scanned remittances, EDI/XML files, and customer portal uploads.
- Develop matching algorithms, confidence scoring, validation logic, and recommendations to reduce manual exceptions.
- Design explainable mismatch detection and corrective-action systems suitable for financial audit and compliance.
- Lead AI/ML engineers and data scientists while partnering with Product, Integration, and ERP teams on the AI roadmap.
Requirements
- 8–14+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong expertise in NLP and LLM-based systems, entity extraction and classification, matching or reconciliation algorithms, and production AI deployment.
- Hands-on Python experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience building scalable AI pipelines in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Ability to own AI solution execution, production delivery, model performance optimization, enterprise AI architecture, and governance.
Nice to have
- Experience with accounts receivable or financial systems automation.
- Experience with cash application, remittance processing, or ERP-integrated AI systems.
- Experience with agent-based AI architectures and explainable AI in regulated domains.
