What you will do
- Translate product requirements into architectural documents and diagrams, keeping them aligned with the current application state.
- Make architectural decisions for new features and ensure application direction supports product strategy.
- Review code and enforce software engineering best practices.
- Maintain the stability, reliability, and performance of mobile products.
- Create processes that improve developer efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in engineer screening and mentor less experienced engineers.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in system design, architecture, and software development.
- Experience with mobile development using Flutter and Dart, Android and Java, and iOS and Swift.
- Strong software development and Java programming experience.
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles.
- Technical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- High-quality organizational, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
