hirify.global is building a proactive AI chat application designed to handle long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Design UX patterns for AI interactions including streaming responses and fallbacks.
  • Integrate AI features through backend APIs and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers on system behavior and API design.
  • Monitor and resolve production stability and performance issues.
  • Capture user feedback to iterate on AI model evaluation and integration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift.
  • Solid understanding of concurrency, async/await, and background tasks.
  • Experience integrating AI-powered features into mobile applications.
  • Strong performance and memory optimization skills.
  • Comfort designing for latency, partial failure, and non-deterministic behavior.
  • Familiarity with feature flags and remote configuration systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CoreML or on-device ML.
  • Understanding of TensorFlow Lite.
  • Experience shipping production-grade apps on the App Store.
