What you will do
- Manage SAP Concur travel and expense reimbursement processes end to end.
- Support Accounting and Finance teams with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice entry, and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate facilities activities, vendors, service providers, purchase requests, and office or marketing supplies.
- Manage correspondence, travel arrangements, and event organization.
- Support training, onboarding, health and security plans, and related document maintenance.
- Contribute to ESG reporting and ad hoc administrative projects.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Microsoft applications.
- Fluent German, English, and French required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
