Operations Manager (SaaS)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; based at hirify.global HQ with office attendance 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Support founders and finance leadership by structuring priorities, preparing materials, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting leadership and investor-related communication.
• Own accounts payable across entities in Switzerland, Spain, and the United States, including credit card reconciliations and workflow automation.
• Support controlling, variance analysis, cost control, data integrity, accounts receivable, customer onboarding, budgeting, and the year-end audit.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, interviews, calendars, and candidate communication.
• Support people operations through feedback cycles, surveys, onboarding, offboarding, and internal process improvements.
• Organize team weeks, offsites, and internal events, and manage day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

• Initial experience in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or consulting environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, reliability, ownership, and discretion with sensitive information.
• Confidence working with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as Claude or OpenAI.
• Analytical interest in process optimization, internal controls, and automation, with comfort handling shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Professional written and spoken English and German are required.
