QA Manager - Logistics - FY27

What you will do

• Lead and provide strategic oversight to multiple QA teams across products and stakeholders.
• Build coordinated QA strategies and strengthen collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Define and improve testing processes across unit, API, performance, system, functional, and regression testing.
• Drive the automation roadmap and expand UI and service-based test coverage.
• Oversee test cases, reusable test data, defect tracking, regression operations, and production-feedback integration.
• Recruit, mentor, and coach QA professionals, engineers, and automation specialists while contributing to the QA community of practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, plus at least 5 years of software QA experience, including 2 years in QA management.
• Without the specified degree or diploma, at least 8 years of software QA management experience is required, including 4 years in a QA management role.
• Experience managing QA across multiple teams and designing scalable QA processes and strategies.
• Experience overseeing SDLC testing, including development, unit, API, performance, and system testing.
• Hands-on experience with glassbox and behavior-based testing, test plans, test cases, SQL, scripting, configuration management, and version control.
• Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools, Playwright, and in-house integration testing tools built with Python and Kotlin.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing and security testing.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
