Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Test user stories, system workflows, and acceptance criteria across customer-facing digital products and internal platforms.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based systems.
• Validate the reliability, performance, security, and quality of new platform capabilities and releases.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Technical Leads, Product Managers, Designers, and Operations teams to define effective test strategies.
• Document, prioritize, and track defects while supporting root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Improve test automation frameworks, coverage, quality metrics, and software delivery practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing principles, including testing modern web applications and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with UI, API, integration, manual, and automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Testing knowledge of React, TypeScript, .NET, C#, Node, APIs, and AWS-based systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, containerized environments, Agile development, and cross-functional product teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with commerce, payments, financing, order management, or customer journey platforms.
• Interest in modern QA methodologies, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted testing approaches.
