Machine Learning Tech Lead (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid work in Warsaw, Poland; relocation package available for candidates willing to move to Warsaw

Salary: 35,000–39,000 gross PLN per month on an employment contract, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead research and development for autonomous robot manipulation using suction cups, finger grippers, and other advanced tools.
• Build and scale well-functioning machine learning teams focused on robot intelligence and customer outcomes.
• Develop a culture of trust, open feedback, and ambitious problem-solving.
• Take responsibility for deploying and continuously improving machine learning systems in production.
• Measure the impact of ML systems using data-driven methods.
• Develop interfaces and APIs integrating machine learning algorithms with robots and warehouse management systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with production-grade deep learning systems.
• Technical leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python or C++.
• Fluent English communication in an English-speaking environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Warsaw or relocate there.
