TL;DR
Software Engineer (Infrastructure) (Python/Golang): Building reliable infrastructure management tooling, deployment automation, and observability systems for cloud-native core banking products with an accent on scalability, high availability, and production operations. Focus on developing orchestration, disaster recovery, backup, redundancy, and integration tooling for Vault deployments.

What you will do
- Build reliable and scalable applications and infrastructure management tooling.
- Design automation and tools that improve service scalability and high availability.
- Develop observability and orchestration tooling for monitoring and managing customer deployments.
- Contribute to disaster recovery, backup, and redundancy tooling and strategy.
- Improve code quality by building engineering tools and processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience.
- Production-ready infrastructure management tooling experience with Python or Golang.
- Familiarity with observability tools, databases, event streaming, or container orchestration.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

- Experience supporting production systems in high-consistency transactional environments.
