Solutions Architect (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid role based in Munich or Metzingen/Riederich, Germany

What you will do

• Serve as the technical bridge between customers, Product Management, and Sales teams.
• Design, plan, and lead complex robotics pilot projects for enterprise customers.
• Develop technical solution architectures tailored to customer-specific requirements.
• Guide customers through the entire solution design process from requirements gathering to final concept.
• Partner with Account Executives during technical pre-sales engagements.
• Present complex technical solutions to executive and decision-making stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in technical concept development, architecture, and workflow design.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles like Solution Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales.
• Strong expertise in technical requirements engineering and concept development.
• Experience working with SDKs, APIs, and technical integration projects.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
