Security Product Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco; must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

What you will do

• Deploy and operationalize security AI agents in enterprise production environments.
• Work directly with security teams to understand challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Build custom integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and workflows connecting the platform with existing security tools.
• Identify recurring customer needs and collaborate with product teams to turn custom solutions into platform capabilities.
• Own technical delivery from scoping through implementation and optimization.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support successful deployments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience or relevant expertise.
• Experience in application security, penetration testing, security research, vulnerability management, or security-focused engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building integrations, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Experience translating customer needs into product capabilities and collaborating with product teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders from security engineers to CISOs.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise security infrastructure, including SIEM, SOAR, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Previous experience as a solutions engineer, security engineer, or forward-deployed engineer.
• Open-source contributions or experience working with large codebases.
