Global Head of Facilities

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with international travel to regional sites and markets as needed.

What you will do

• Define and own the global facilities strategy, standards, operating procedures, benchmarks, playbooks, tooling, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional Facilities Managers while establishing governance, operating cadences, escalation paths, and accountability across markets.
• Partner with Expansion, Operations, and Medical teams to create repeatable models for clinic maintenance, upkeep, refresh cycles, and operational readiness.
• Oversee global vendors and strategic service agreements, ensuring quality, consistency, and strong commercial terms.
• Ensure facilities meet regulatory, safety, and healthcare compliance requirements through unified risk and emergency preparedness frameworks.
• Own the global facilities budget and performance KPIs, using data to identify trends and report priorities to the COO and Operations Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in facilities management across hard services, soft services, security, and health and safety in premium, multi-site, multi-country environments.
• Technical competence in mechanical, electrical, and building systems, including maintenance strategy and capital investment decisions.
• Senior-level ownership of health and safety, multi-jurisdiction compliance frameworks, incident investigations, and safety culture development.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sizeable facilities budgets and complex vendor negotiations.
• Experience with facilities management platforms and data reporting tools.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at COO level and with regional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in premium retail, luxury hospitality, or consumer brand environments.
• Professional qualifications such as NEBOSH, IWFM, BIFM, or equivalent in facilities management, health and safety, or building services engineering.
• Experience building a facilities team with a strong craft culture.
