What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Python, Django, or FastAPI.
• Develop and deploy production AI features, including RAG systems, multi-agent infrastructure, and evaluation frameworks.
• Create data pipelines for AI model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute across frontend interfaces, backend APIs, databases, and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security across the stack.
• Collaborate with founders, growth, design, and engineering teams while mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications in production.
• Strong backend development skills, preferably with Python, and solid knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience with Git, background workers, task queues such as Celery or RQ, and Redis.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, AI agent orchestration, performance monitoring, and LLM evaluation techniques.
