Software Engineering Intern (Manufacturing Technology)

What you will do

• Help build the factory operating system used by production teams.
• Design interfaces for production machinery to capture real-time data.
• Collaborate on new features for the customer portal.
• Develop internal tools and improve manufacturing processes through automation.
• Work with production, manufacturing, and engineering teams to solve complex technical problems.

Requirements

• Strong engineering ability and solid engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established codebases.
• Ability to work on-site in Huntington Beach, California.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Go, React, TypeScript, or Rust.
• Experience designing software for 3D part representations or manipulation in CAD/CAM software or similar systems.
• Familiarity with customer-facing software applications.
• Experience with manufacturing or part design, especially composites.
• Understanding of mechanical and manufacturing systems.
