VP Information Security (Fintech): Leading cybersecurity strategy and regulatory accountability for a regulated digital-asset group while operating its SOC, SIEM, detection, and incident-response capabilities with an accent on security governance, risk management, and regulator and Board reporting. Focus on owning the cybersecurity framework, tuning SIEM operations, responding to regulatory incidents, and building resilient security controls across multiple entities.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid with 2–3 days per week in the Vilnius office
Salary: €5,500–€6,600 per month before tax, plus other benefits

is building a fintech and digital-asset platform that enables institutions and individuals to move capital into the onchain economy.
What you will do
- Lead the Group’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, risk register, controls, and security framework.
- Act as the appointed CISO for a regulated entity and represent it in security matters with the regulator and Board.
- Manage the cyber risk lifecycle, including asset inventories, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and Board reporting.
- Own SIEM design, tuning, operation, detection engineering, and incident response across the Group.
- Lead regulatory incident notifications, coordinate with the Data Protection Officer, and oversee vendor and cloud security due diligence.
- Set security standards, commission vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, build security awareness, and support independent assurance reviews.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in information security or similar roles, combining hands-on SOC and detection-engineering work with governance or senior-management accountability.
- Experience owning a cybersecurity framework in a regulated environment such as financial services, VASP, or e-money.
- Practical experience designing, tuning, and operating a SIEM and leading incident response.
- Readiness to serve as a named, accountable CISO subject to fit-and-proper assessment and to present directly to a Board.
- Demonstrable security experience and a clean regulatory and criminal record, with no disqualification from senior management and sound personal finances.
- Availability to work from the Vilnius office 2–3 days per week as part of an in-office local team.
Nice to have
- CISSP, CISM, SANS/GIAC, or equivalent operational security certifications.
- Prior exposure to regulatory regimes.
