Information Security Program Manager (AI Governance)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid workplace

Salary: €2,200–€4,200 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Manage internal information security projects, including scheduling, resource management, and project data tracking.
• Develop and execute the Employee Security Awareness Plan, including awareness platforms and phishing campaigns.
• Drive AI governance initiatives and support compliance with industry standards such as ISO27001.
• Build and improve security risk management processes and controls.
• Coordinate penetration tests, vendor management, and mitigation SLA tracking.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and status analysis to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in information security, IT risk management, or security project management.
• Hands-on ownership of security awareness programs, phishing campaigns, and end-to-end project management.
• Strong structuring and communication skills, with the ability to align engineering teams with business needs.
• Independent, proactive, analytical, and creative approach to employee security engagement.
• Practical vendor management experience, including contract negotiation.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of ISO27001, SOC2, NIS framework, or CIS standards.
• Security or project management certifications.
