Business Operations Generalist (AI/Robotics)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; onsite five days a week

hirify.global develops robotics and software to automate on-site construction, combining in-house hardware manufacturing, software, and robot deployment.

What you will do

• Own special projects across finance, recruitment, people operations, legal, public affairs, and investor activities.
• Identify slow or manual processes and build AI-powered automations and lightweight internal tools.
• Write internal updates, external copy, and other communications that require clarity and speed.
• Help the CEO prioritize information, filter signal from noise, and maintain the right operating cadence.
• Support press and investor visits, including practical preparation for construction-site visits.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a startup, venture capital, or similarly fast-moving environment.
• Experience or interest in early-stage company building, including familiarity with cap tables and Seed versus Series B funding.
• Natural generalist mindset with a bias to action and willingness to take ownership of undefined problems.
• Comfort using AI tools to automate work and create practical solutions.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
