TL;DR
Software Development Engineer (.NET) (.NET, Angular, Azure): Developing, testing, releasing, and supporting airline software applications based on web, mobile, and kiosk SDKs within the Navitaire Digital Platform with an accent on reliable APIs, automated testing, and production support. Focus on designing and implementing C#/.NET solutions, integrating external APIs, and troubleshooting enterprise systems in a hybrid agile environment.
Location: Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid setup

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, release, and support airline software applications based on web, mobile, and kiosk SDKs.
- Analyze product backlog items, propose technical solutions, write code, and conduct peer reviews.
- Automate testing and optimize solutions using unit and other test automation approaches.
- Collaborate with the Scrum team on priorities and participate in operational rotations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional expertise for assigned airline systems or subsystems.
- Share knowledge, maintain training materials, and help develop technical and functional expertise within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of professional programming experience with C#, .NET, and SQL.
- At least 1 year of experience working with enterprise-level systems or subsystems, including coding, design, and production support.
- At least 1 year of experience in an agile environment.
- Experience with .NET Core, HTML5, CSS, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, NPM, .NET MAUI, SQL Server, API integration, and unit testing.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig, Metro Manila.
Nice to have
- Test automation experience with xUnit, NUnit, or another C# testing framework.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud solutions, serverless functions, cloud data storage, and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with microservice architecture, external API design, and integration or performance testing.
- Web development experience with Angular or React.
- Airline industry knowledge and mobile development experience with native or cross-platform technologies.
