What you will do

• Manage configuration settings for web and mobile banking platforms to improve performance and user experience.
• Develop and validate integrations that enable secure data flow between digital banking systems and applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and engineering teams to refine requirements and coordinate system changes.
• Diagnose software issues across frontend, backend, data, and configuration layers, documenting and tracking support requests.
• Use browser developer tools, log analysis, API inspection, SQL/data checks, and Kubernetes/OpenShift basics for technical investigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• hirify.global Certified Customization Professional certification or equivalent experience with ACP parametrization.
• Technical troubleshooting experience across frontend technologies such as Angular or React, backend systems, data, and configuration.
• Basic understanding of web applications, browser developer tools, APIs, logs, and deployment/runtime concepts.
• Ability to document findings and configuration decisions clearly.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in software development or digital banking technologies.
