What you will do

• Lead the security architecture function for the Flash business unit's product portfolio.
• Gather security requirements from customers, regulatory and compliance needs, risk considerations, and industry trends.
• Define security architecture roadmaps covering firmware, hardware, and secure manufacturing infrastructure.
• Drive threat modeling, reference embedded security architectures, and promote adoption across the business unit.
• Architect interactions between system components and peripherals and contribute to security feature verification and validation.
• Lead internal security reviews and guide external evaluations and compliance activities in collaboration with hardware, firmware, and product security teams.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field, preferably focused on embedded security.
• 10+ years of experience in embedded product security.
• Expert knowledge of practical modern cryptography.
• Proficiency in security protocols, authentication, attestation, authorization, secure boot, secure communication, digital signatures, certificates, and post-quantum cryptography.
• Solid experience creating and validating threat models, providing technical leadership, and mentoring architects or development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and technical-quality skills.

Nice to have

• Experience driving FIPS and Common Criteria certification.
• Knowledge of data-storage controller architectures.
