TL;DR
Manager Infra OPs Architecture (Infrastructure Architecture): Leading Dustin’s Infrastructure Solution Architecture function and translating Enterprise Architecture direction into actionable roadmaps, solution designs, standards, and implementation guidance with an accent on cloud, data centers, networking, workplace technologies, security, automation, and platform services. Focus on leading senior Solution Architects, driving architectural governance, identifying modernization opportunities, and aligning technical decisions across complex enterprise environments.
Location: Hybrid in Nacka Strand, Sweden, or Nijmegen, Netherlands. Required working hours: 40 per week. No relocation or work permit sponsorship support is provided.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior Solution Architects.
- Translate Enterprise Architecture principles and target states into technology roadmaps, solution designs, standards, and prioritized initiatives.
- Lead the Infrastructure Solution Architecture function across cloud, data centers, networks, workplace services, security, automation, and platform technologies.
- Drive architectural governance, solution reviews, and cross-domain alignment.
- Identify modernization opportunities, technical risks, and technical debt.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Operations, Product and Platform Engineering, Application Management, Security, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking, or equivalent Information Technology experience.
- 3–5 years of proven people leadership experience managing Solution Architects, Infrastructure Architects, Senior Engineers, or similar technical specialists.
- Experience leading teams in large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
- Experience translating architectural strategy into roadmaps, implementation plans, and prioritized initiatives.
- Broad knowledge of infrastructure domains and experience with architecture governance, modernization initiatives, and strategic technology decisions.
- Required languages: Swedish and English.
