Creator Partnerships Intern (AI)

Location: On-site in New York, NY, from the NoMad office; 25–40 hours per week

What you will do

• Research YouTube creators and evaluate their fit for active brand campaigns.
• Support outreach strategy, creator relationship development, and creator onboarding.
• Manage a creator pipeline, book of business, and assigned quota.
• Source creators for high-demand brands and help ensure brand-safe, performance-driven selections.
• Track creator trends and contribute to feedback loops for new products and services.
• Present campaign best practices, learnings, and product knowledge to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior student, ideally graduating in 2025 or 2026.
• Available to work 25–40 hours per week in person.
• Strong interest in YouTube creators, digital marketing, startups, and AI.
• Curiosity, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Google Sheets experience, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Notion.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics platforms such as Tubular.
• Experience with client communication, data storytelling, or project coordination.
• Experience using AI to simplify work processes.
