AI Engineer (Applied AI)

Location: On-site in New York

Compensation: $100,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop and deploy production-grade, long-horizon AI agents.
• Solve complex technical challenges related to real-world accounting tasks.
• Scale applied machine learning models to production environments.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to shape the future of agentic AI.
• Spearhead the resolution of the most complex engineering problems within the platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York.
• Experience in building and scaling production-grade machine learning systems.
• Strong background in applied AI or agentic workflows.
• Ability to tackle complex, long-horizon technical problems.
