Senior Computer Vision Engineer (Robotics)

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Write computer vision code and build machine learning models for robotics use cases.
• Develop and implement semantic and instance segmentation solutions using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Update and scale machine learning pipelines to support more scenarios and improve model accuracy.
• Build low-latency, high-performance models and serving architectures approaching real-time inference.
• Manage the end-to-end workflow from data gathering, augmentation, labeling, and curation through training, deployment, and field troubleshooting.
• Trace and solve problems across interconnected systems, pipelines, and applications.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with OpenCV, Open3D, RGBD datasets, point clouds, and production computer vision or machine learning systems.
• Experience building, training, and deploying production ML models from scratch with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Strong knowledge of modern C++ and Python, including code optimization with profilers and debuggers.
• Experience with serving architectures such as NVIDIA Triton, TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving, and Flask, as well as cloud training and serving pipelines on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with production code, Git, modern CI pipelines, and solving issues across interconnected systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Previous startup experience.
