  • Integrate AI modules into Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions pipelines and orchestrate scalable execution with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Automate ECU flashing, OTA package workflows, smoke validation, HIL integration, and regression testing across benches, dynos, and fleet vehicles.
  • Create dashboards and quality gates for release health, defect leakage, test effectiveness, and risk-based release decisions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture, ECU software stacks, embedded systems, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet, UDS, and diagnostic tools.
  • Advanced Python skills with SQL and Bash; experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, time-series analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Expertise with GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux-based development environments.
  • Experience with vehicle toolchains, SIL/HIL frameworks, fleet data systems, CANalyzer, CANoe, and ALM/PLM tools such as Codebeamer, Polarion, DOORS Next, or Windchill.
  • Ability to work in the Charlotte office 4–5 days per week and attend in-person meetings and events.
