Senior Principal, Technical Marketing (Semiconductor Process Materials)

Location: Singapore, with work in hirify.global offices in Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Korea, or the US. International and domestic travel of up to 25% is required.

What you will do

• Guide semiconductor fab process materials market participation, growth strategy, and customer technology engagement.
• Maintain and update customer Process-of-Records maps and future requirements across CMP, wet cleans, ALD/CVD, dry etch, and ion implantation.
• Gather, validate, and analyze Voice of Customer, market, customer, and competitor intelligence.
• Translate technical and market insights into actionable product, sales, and commercial strategies.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives, knowledge sharing, solution training, new product introductions, and technical customer meetings.
• Coordinate with R&D, sales, business, customer-facing, and global functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as chemistry, materials science, or chemical engineering; a master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
• At least 15 years of semiconductor experience, including fab-related technical or applications experience in CMP, wet cleans/etching, ALD/CVD, dry etch, and ion implantation.
• Understanding of semiconductor technology, Logic and Memory devices, process integration, and/or market analysis.
• At least 8 years of experience working with a leading Logic and Memory company is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required, including presentations to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong technical and business judgment, critical thinking, data analysis, project management, decision-making, and Microsoft Office skills.
