AI Education Lead

Location: In person in Flatiron, New York City, 5 days a week

What you will do

• Make every person at hirify.global more effective at using AI and help teams redesign their work around evolving models and tools.
• Stay at the frontier by testing major models, building with agents, developing workflows, and evaluating durable capabilities.
• Design company-wide education programs, role-specific playbooks, hands-on workshops, and in-workflow learning systems.
• Explain complex concepts and distinctions across models, tools, and workflows to engineers and non-engineers.
• Own AI adoption and measure whether people work differently and agents take on more valuable work.
• Translate frontier techniques into secure, reliable, and repeatable systems for a growing organization handling sensitive data.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Flatiron, NYC, five days per week.
• Deep firsthand experience using AI models, coding agents, multiple agents, and custom workflows.
• Ability to distinguish compelling AI demonstrations from durable capabilities.
• Ability to make complex AI concepts intuitive for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational judgment and a self-directed approach to identifying capability gaps and changing behavior.
• Must be excited about applying agents to real economy problems and working with coding agents.
