Lead Client Servicing Associate (Investment Accounting)

Salary: $62,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience

What you will do

• Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide accurate information related to financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete operational tasks including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance activities, and reconciliation validation.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and reconcile investment transactions using internal tools.
• Build client relationships, resolve complex queries, and manage workflows according to productivity and quality metrics.
• Support long-term projects and train, develop, coach, and oversee more junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Strong understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, and interest income.
• Familiarity with accounting, compliance, risk, and performance reports, plus intermediate knowledge of fixed-income and equity investments.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
